My client is a quality 5* London hotel and is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to come and join the management team. Your task will be to manage the efficient operation of the Reservations Department, to train and develop the team, building on their collective and individual knowlwdge and experience, empowering them to deliver exellent guest service and strive to "go the extra mile"
If you have the required level of experience, you will be aware of all the operational responsibilities embedded in the role. The ability to manage and develop the reservations team is critical as is the personality and pride to represent the team to other departments
A fundamental part of this role will be to manage the Health and Safety obligations and the well being of staff and customers
