Team Leader - European Order Handling £30,000 plus benefits

Job Description My Client a market leader in their field are looking to recruit a Team Leader, in thier European Order Handling Division. Duties are as follows: Manage and organise the complex daily operations of the European Service support centre for FSE Orders, inventory returns and invoice routines. To prioritise the order handlers work loads to manage the varying volumes and ensure the service level agreements with the service organization and DHL are fully achieved. Have overall responsibility for the smooth execution of the annual inventory count. This includes ensuring fully attendance of all FSE for the count, co-ordination with the Sales/Dispatch Team Leaders and Service BUD’s for count validation. Ensure all the inventory discrepancies are fully investigated to minimise the country inventory write off values and supporting the service FSE’s inventory management goals. Oversee the returns process and investigate and resolve all aged open RMA’s (returned inventory) and investigate the process gaps with the various internal/ external systems. All interim inventory discrepancies to be investigated and if necessary stock write off adjustments are to be approved used the financial approval matrix and performed within SAP. Special consideration needs to be observed to the service P&L. All internal/external complains are addressed and resolution sought to provide a permanent resolve thus preventing a reoccurrence. To check all DHL European shipment invoices, against the DHL country rates to ensure all freight charges are invoiced correctly. To understand the Export requirements for non-EU countries and ensure all these requirements are met to ensure a smooth order and reverse logistical flow. In order to fulfill this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following: Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years Leadership and management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work across all levels and functions. • Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities. • Excellent inter-personal, self-motivational and negotiating skills. • Willingness to travel mainly within Europe/European Territory. • Excellent knowledge of English, both verbal and written. • Additional language skills would be a positive asset. • Experience in a Service business environment would be an asset. • Knowledge of SAP would be desirable • Leadership and management skills .
